Conceptualized in 2020, we started the business during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. It was a very difficult period when we are not even thinking about profits; merely surviving the Covid-19 crisis is good enough.
At Helio Baby Store, we understand that newborn parents are often busy with hectic house chores. Hence we are here to always provide them "peace-of-mind" service where we prepare the gift boxes and even provide deliver-on-behalf service.

Q1. Can I do self pick-up?
A1. Yes, you can. We are home based located at Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, PJ.
Q2. Is delivery fee included?
A2. No, it is not included. Please provide your full address for us to check the fee. If you want us arrange delivery to friends on your behalf, kindly provide a list of recipient name, contact number and full address. We will assist to check and compare fee between Grab, Lala Move and private driver.
Q3. Is your food halal?
A3. Our food are not halal-certified but are Muslim-friendly. We have customers who order for Muslim colleagues & friends too.
Q4. What if the order is less than MOQ of 20 boxes?
A4. There will be surcharge per box. Please let us know your required quantity & date and we shall advise accordingly.
Q5. Do you have courier service to other states?
A5. We do not encourage to courier as the food are to consume fresh. The items in the box will also easy to tumble during courier process.
Q6. How long can the food lasts?
A6. The food are advisable to consume on first day while it is still fresh. Otherwise, kindly keep in fridge and it can last for another 2 days. Food in Set D can last for 2 weeks.
Q7. Do you charge extra if I want to put baby's photo on card?
A7. No, we don't. It is FREE. However, kindly note that the card will mostly end up in the dustbin; which mean baby's face inside dustbin. Nevertheless it is entirely your decision whether to put or not :)
